Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pharmazone account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and security tags are attached to avoid any rejection during the inspection process.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is registered, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep anywhere in Kuwait.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team verifies the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
