An oral antidiabetic medication used to control high blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes, helping prevent complications such as kidney damage, nerve issues, and heart problems.

Indications
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus (when diet, exercise, and weight reduction alone are not sufficient)
- Used as monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic agents (such as metformin or insulin)

Main Active Ingredient:
- Glimepiride 2 mg.

Precautions:
- Not for use in patients with type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis
- Use cautiously in patients with kidney or liver impairment
- Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase the risk of hypoglycemia
- Inform doctor if pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Caution when driving or opera رting machinery due to possible dizziness or blurred vision

Side Effects:
